This is a great place to live. Me and my wife have been living together at the building for the last 2 years. All the amenities are beautiful, specially the pool at the rooftop. Location is perfect. Thanks to Sofia at the leasing office that is always friendly and kind with us.

Most of the reviews you are reading here are probably fake! There is no way that this building has 4.4 reviews. First and foremost, the windows in my unit were in a terrible state. They were unable to open, which meant there was no way to get fresh air into the apartment. Living in a space without proper ventilation is not only uncomfortable but also a health hazard. It's shocking that the management seemed so indifferent to this problem that I reported many times.
But that's not the only issue I faced. The lady at the leasing office was a nightmare to deal with. When I needed my mailbox key, she sent me back and forth numerous times, wasting my precious time and causing immense frustration. To make matters worse, important documents were locked inside the mailbox that they were supposed to provide a key for, and they failed to do so. This level of incompetence and disregard for tenants' needs is utterly unacceptable. She was rude as well after I demanded key for 10th time! KEY OF MY MAILBOX!

From the Start Sofia was informative, insightful, helpful and super warm during the entirety of my intro to the building. I moved from NY to Miami over the last month and she has been my guide. She was patient and was always 1 phone call/email away to assist. Her follow up was also impeccable. Upon meeting her face to face I felt her awesome energy and vibe.

This is a gorgeous place, and thanks Sofia the leasing Agent for getting my client Medina in, in under 48 hours answering calls on her day off. She’s happy and we found her a new home.

Wynwood 25 is a great place to live if you're looking for somewhere with great management, friendly staff, close to everything you can possibly want or need with the best amenities. The Miami skyline views from the rooftop and our apartment are incredible! Thank you so much Sofia for assisting us into this beautiful apartment
