Wynwood 25 Apartments

Things to consider before moving into this building from my experience that i wish someone told me. The noise from the clubs are way louder than you believe and when touring the units during the day you do not realize this to be an issue. Also its not the normal loud noises you expect, but rather blasting loud Rap music that makes it so difficult to fall asleep. The management does not get back to you in any timely manner. I have left the building for over 4 months and they will not return my deposit. I have several emails documenting this as well. The second floor and elevators smell like urine. Layout of unit is great, maintenance is good, management not helpful, music insanely loud and response time slow. Before moving in get dinner in the area and wait outside to hear the noise as it sounds the same inside your unit.

First, Wynwood25 took my security deposit for blinds that were clearly damaged before moving in as documented by photos, maintenance requests and the initial damage report at move-in. Maintenance requests to fix the blinds were ignored and later deleted when a dispute was filed. Then they put a fraudulent collection account on my credit report for even more money. Calls to the management office were also completely blocked across multiple phone numbers. This is clearly fraud. Beware of the fraud that this building undertakes. They write comments to reply to Google reviews such as this one where they pretend that they are willing to resolve issues but the management office can never be reached and there is no way to get your money back and stop fraudulent collection.

Feb 2025 I wanted to say Wynwood25 is a great building to live in. I’ve been here since 2022 and with the  New management, since last summer (2024)  it’s even better!!  I wanted to say a big thank you to Diana and the team for your care with us residents and making the building much more pretty and safer to live in.
A BIG shout out to our morning concierge, KEVIN!  The first day I met him, he already remembered my name and my doggie’s name the second time I saw him. Thank you for caring and doing such a great job for us. Makes my mornings so happy.
Also, thank you to our evening concierge, GARRISON! So friendly, happy and thank you for always organizing our packages room at night and using the parcel lockers for residents who subscribe to it. The package room is so tidy now because of you!!!  Thank you so much.
