AMLI Midtown Miami

My fiance and I have been living at AMLI Midtown Miami for three years. Its management goes above and beyond to service residents. The property is also very well kept and its a pleasant leasing community.

Stunning property with beautiful finishes, salt water pool, state of the art gym and amenities. Perfect location, within walking distance from Midtown Shops and Trader Joe’s. Annette is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire property.

AMLI Midtown Miami is by far a superior building with the finishes and location being top tier. But not only is that top tier. One of their staff members Cris went above and beyond to get us moved in and made sure the process was seamless and painless. She facilitated our move and held our hand throughout the entire process. We are very grateful for her and AMLI is lucky to have someone like Cris working for them.

Absolutely love living here so far!! Pedro is so kind and helped me make this the most easy move in process I’ve ever had in my 6 years of renting at places. The apartment finishes are stunning and the amenities are amazing.

After a year and a half had the best experience but now that I moved into a new unit help by the whole team but in particular by Cristina and Dianela, and not to mention all the help also given by Loyret the manager of maintenance, who follow up with me and was advising me on every step for leaving the apartment by the book. So can't really thank them enough for all the effort and comprehension that they put up for the past almost two months trying to get the best place and the best price as well. So apart from recommending them and the whole team...really thank you all for everything, I'm really happy thanks to you all :).

Excellent location. Great facilities, and Cris provides the best customer service experience. I love the pool. And the common areas are perfect for a change of scenery when working from home.

This building has an amazing staff including Raymond whom I bring clients to tour the building I recommend anybody to move into this property which is in the heart of Midtown 5 stars
