I recently toured 101 Dania Beach and was thoroughly impressed with the building. The quality of construction and the attention to detail are exceptional—definitely setting it apart from others. Every aspect of the property reflects a level of care and sophistication that is hard to beat.
The staff were incredibly professional and courteous, making the entire experience seamless. They were also very knowledgeable about the building, which made my visit even more informative.

I just recently had a tour at this new community. I love everything about it, great location beautiful amenities and I just signed an annual lease for one bedroom apartment. Can't wait to move in my new beautiful place❤️🏢

Great condo in Dania Beach! Clean, modern, and close to the beach with beautiful ocean views. Loved the balcony and the well-kept amenities. Highly recommend!

I don't know who is going to pay 4k for a 3 bedroom. Come to seaview cheaper prices. Building will be empty due to crazy high prices. Alot of nice way cheaper new buildings in the area. Also very close to the hood expect high crime

Went to look at some apartments and Wow!!!!! The building is beautiful - the apartments are spacious and have great natural light! I am looking forward to the incredible amenities like the dog park, co-working area, rooftop pool and gym!
