The elevators are constantly broken. They were down to one elevator for two months, waiting for a part. They finally fix it. Then another elevator breaks. There’s certain times that all the elevators broken, and people are walking down 45 stories. The main amenity, the spa sucks. The steam room works about 50% of the time, and the sauna has been broken for 2 months. Rooftop closes at 8pm, in my opinion should be open until 10pm at least. Be prepared to have to leave your condo 20 minutes early to allow for elevator.

Come in to drop off a meal. Everything was very cool. There is where to park. Service at the door. Service at the reception. To get on the elevator it is only with the person's authorization. Personal elevators per floor. Quite a journey. Everything is very safe. Everything very clean.

new HOA leadership has really began to make this place work (still has elevators that break down too often for my liking, but can't change that any time soon). With functional leadership, the *exceptional* amenities really make this place one of the best places around to live.
