Very good location

Going on my 4th month living here and so far so good. I was very nervous because of some of the other reviews here but haven’t seen any of the issues mentioned so far 🤞.

Nice facility

I had my car broken into while I lived here. My apartment, as well as the surrounding apartments, we’re roach infested. There is no attempt at all by building management to fumigate the building. Do not rent apartment 1105 from the scam artists, Cecilio Moreno and Christine Jaar. While we were moving out, Christine broke our microwave and then took out $400 from our deposit to fix the microwave she broke. Even with the deduction, they gave use less of our deposit back than they were supposed to. Horrendously overpriced rent

I lived in apartment 1105 only for one year because I couldn't stand the cockroach problem the building has. If I could give it a 0, I would. They are scammers; they steal your deposit to be able to fix the problems that the apartment already has. Christine Jaar, despite having a disgusting personality, also broke the microwave door when we were moving out so she could steal more of the deposit, and in the end they didn't even end up giving us the correct amount of money! Do not move unless you want to live in subhuman conditions as the apartment was full of pigeon droppings and cockroach.
