Vu New River

We moved in a few months ago and upon moving in, the kitchen counter tops were badly chipped. Karie, the property manager went above and beyond by specially ordering new higher-end, beautiful quarts counter tops for the entire kitchen. Karie is great and the property is great as well! If you stay here, you’ll be in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale/ Las Olas, surrounded by great restaurants, water views, and entertainment. I highly recommend it.

The ladies in the front office, Victoria and Ashley, have consistently demonstrated fantastic customer service and always have amazing smiles and a can-do attitude. Whenever there are concerns I need assistance with, they welcome the challenge with open arms and resolve them instance while communicating with me the entire time.

We had the most perfect stay in the guest apartment. It was decorated so beautifully. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything including when we ordered groceries to be delivered. We would absolutely stay here again. But I have a feeling I had better book soon because I think this will be a popular spot for all of the residents’ guests. The pool is beautiful, the location is perfect, the bed was super comfortable, and it was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Place, Great Amenities, but most of all the staff are all incredible, Ashley and Karie are angelic!!!! They go out of their way to put a smile on your face and make sure that you have whatever you need to be completely satisfied living here. I can’t recommend this place enough! The cleaning staff as well and maintenance are always keeping things perfect despite our Florida storms, and they should all be commended. Valet service is great too, see Andres. Thank you to everyone here, I love it!!!!

Just moved into my beautiful apartment at Vu New River and the team made everything so easy. It’s been more than 30 years since I last rented a place and I was nervous about figuring it all out, but everything was organized and orderly. The building is clean, well appointed and has amazing amenities. The rooftop pool with views of the New River will definitely be one of my new hangouts. Kudos to Ashley, John, and the rest of the Vu New River team for making me feel welcomed and settled.

I moved into the Vu New River a few months ago. The staff here is incredible. Ethel and Deyanira, always go above and beyond. The property is in beautiful shape thanks to their efforts! I’d also like to praise John R. and Abel, the building engineers. They are very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always address any concerns swiftly and competently.

Deyanira is always smiling and doing a wonderful job. She is one of the best We have!
