Vu New River

The front office at Vu New River provides a world class experience and the amenities are 5 star. Staff is incredibly kind and takes pride in the upkeep of the facility, in my 3 years at the building I’ve never had a significant maintenance issue and the small requests I have had have been handled the by the next day if not the same day as reporting it. The building is consistently being upgraded without any inconvenience to the residents. The cherry on top is the north/east facing view which is the best in Fort Lauderdale by far. To anyone looking for a place to call home I cannot reccomend Vu New River enough.

I lived at this community for a year and not planning on renewing my lease. I have not enjoyed living there. Management office is not accommodating towards many instances and provides a terrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Parking lot is always full and busy with visitors. I recommend to look for something better.

My name is Joe Rosa apt 1614  I owned many houses and condos and rented in Miami and Ft Laurderdale and now I rent here I wish I found this place sooner I can not say in words how much we love living here  they treat you like family. Management and the Maintenance people are all the best of the best if you are looking for an apartment stop looking .

1.  Building does not have a parking garage.  Do not live here if you have a car, because you will have to carry groceries from the courthouse parking garage. 2.  Very loud construction on both sides of building now through 2028.  Jackhammers starting at 8am every day.  Many residents moving out.
3.  Thin walls & floors.  I can hear neighbors' conversations word for word, and neighbors above walking around.  The only option mgmt provides is moving to another unit with paper thin walls.
Management & staff do their best, but the building has big downfalls at this price point.

I have enjoyed living at Vu New River for a little over four years.  I love the location and the building is so nice and well maintained. I would like to acknowledge and thank Chris, the Assistant Manager, for always caring about the tenants of the building.  He has gone above and beyond in customer service and I thank him.

Thrilled with the decision to be here. The place is always being cleaned and kept up, which is difficult considering the number of dogs on property.  They just came in and switched out all of the blinds in the entire building to more modern window treatments.  The view and location is outstanding and the people are helpful warm and friendly.  Shout out to the valet staff Mauricio in particular, and Jennifer on the night staff goes above and beyond for everyone!  Super impressed and feel like I'm on a permanent vacation.

Lived here from 2021-2023.  Between aggressive, racist neighbors threatening my partner and I, flooding multiple times throughout the building, dirty and broken common areas, you would think that management would do something, but the property managers onsite (Karie and Ashley) are as lackadaisical as they are incompetent.  On multiple occasions I even found broken glass and a used pipe (meth pipe?) sitting on the building’s grounds for days with no action.  I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment to anyone.
