The amenities are beautiful and office staff are very friendly & helpful. This was our first stop, but we knew right away after our tour that we will rent. We can't wait to move in!

Monday, September 9th, 2024. I moved to pet-friendly 1333 South Ocean with my two cats, Spaghetti and Meatballs, on August 16th, 2023, and recently renewed my lease here on August 16th, 2024.
This unique beach-town area of Pompano Beach, Fla, is a hidden gem.
The 1333 South Ocean apartment complex is wonderfully situated across from the feelgood ion-saturated air and breeze-filled oceanfront private beach.
Renters also enjoy the feelgood ion-saturated air and breeze-filled beautiful canal waterway that offsets the back balcony.
Additionally, being a fitness enthusiast and former bodybuilder, I can verify that the gym here is exceptional.
Moreover, the maintenance team at 1333 South Ocean is top-notch, ensuring the community property and facilities are always in great condition.
The exceptional pro-staffed front leasing office management and team stand out with their friendly, considerate, competent, and accommodating service.
They Provide exceptional customer service for all the residents here, contributing to the positive, lighthearted, fun, relaxed atmosphere that exudes the quintessential tropical Floridian vibe.
I moved to Florida a year before the pandemic. I am originally from Long Island, New York, so I wasn’t sure where in Florida would be the best fit.
However, I am sold on this impressive area of the Sunshine State - Awesome Pompano Beach 33062
Pompano Beach is located just north of Fort Lauderdale. The area is renowned for its beaches, marinas, offshore coral reefs, and numerous wrecks and dive sites.
Pompano Beach, especially this area along Florida A1A ocean coast.  - Very nice.

I moved here  with my two cats Spaghetti and Meatballs to 1333 South Ocean last August 16th, 2023. I'm lovin' it! This unique beach-town area of Pompano Beach, FLA is truly a hidden gem.
LGBTQ + friendly 1333 South Ocean is wonderfully situated right across from the ocean with its own quiet private oceanside beach. The Gym here is exceptional.
Additionally, the maintenance team is top notch as is well the wonderfully friendly, immensely helpful pro staffed front leasing office. They go the extra mile for all the residents here. Great atmosphere and overall relaxed cool tropical Floridian  vibe, with a nice, nuanced hint of a vacation lounge resort distinction.
I am originally from Long island, New York, I wasn’t sure where in Florida would be the best fit, I am sold on this impressive area of Pompano Beach.

This place and the views are beautiful but the management and cleanliness is lacking. The common areas are dirty, abused and falling apart - especially the hallway carpets. Gross! The package room is a mess, good luck finding your package. Also, there’s not enough grass for being such a “pet friendly” building. This is NOT luxury living. Definitely all about location and the views with 1333. There’s potential here, let’s just give it some more LOVE!
