I feel comfortable living here, as well as my family, since it is a property that is kept in optimal conditions, the apartments are spacious and bright. The coexistence between neighbors is the best, it is a very quiet place. The administration is aware at all times of the maintenance and cleaning of the building as well as ensuring that its regulations are complied with and also the well-being of its tenants.

I love living here. It’s a great area and walking distance to the elementary and middle schools (Coral Gables Preparatory Academy is an A+ PreK-8th grade school). The property manager, Paula, is very professional and attentive. The building is very well maintained. They respond to issues quickly. The parking is ideal; you get your own reserved parking spot. They perform regular maintenance including pest control. There’s a park in walking distance and you can even walk to miracle mile. Best apartment I’ve had in a long time.

I have lived in the building for 11 years with my mother. It is in a central and quiet area. We have the Publix next door, so we don't have to go far to look for any emergency products we need. The building is quiet and always clean and tidy. The neighbors greet you and are nice people. There is no gossip. Management is always on the lookout to fix any issues as soon as possible and they monitor the spread of roaches every month. I'm very happy, so I'm not moving from here for now.

Nice and calm location, plenty of parking, the property manager(Paula) is amazing!  Building is well kept and clean, the staff is super nice and professional!
