Life Time Living at Gables Station

This apartment is too high, for the low quality. The management is terrible. 1 out of 10, DO NOT recommend. There are way better places at better pricing in this area.

This apartment complex is THE WORST that I have ever lived in. After they went under new management, they went downhill. Once you sign your lease, the office is never available when you need something. The common areas are always messy, people have been pulling the fire alarms almost weekly, it’s like being in a zoo! Way overpriced and not worth the money.

Cares more about their visitors than the actual residents in the building! Stuck in garage for over 20 minutes just to leave the building! This is insane the parking is horrific! Elevator always has problems and there’s only people in the lobby in the morning! Also to add to the problem the elevators have been broken for two days and all they do is put a sign saying sorry use the elevators in the next building it’s been a whole day and it still hasn’t been fixed! Imagine not being able to use the elevator to get to your own apartment!

Please don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews you are seeing… I completely regret living at lifetime. The gym is great, but everything else sucks. It’s not worth what you’re paying. The staff there now are nice and friendly but it wasn’t this way when I first moved in. Months ago I had to deal with 2 roaches who go by names of Kariffe Nunes and Christy Milan during the move in process. On the first day of moving in Christy clearly didn’t want to bothered with doing her job. Any little question you asked her, she would roll her eyes huff and puff and throw her hands in the air. It  was like watching a 2 year old throw a tantrum. She also lied about if you could hear the train inside the apartment. It’s so noisy, it’s the biggest nuisance. She lied because she knows it’s so loud and runs all hours of the day. You won’t be able to sleep well with it. After signing the lease and realizing after the fact she referred us to speak with Kariffe about the issue because she’s a coward. Kariffe then proceeds to say you can always hear the train unless you live on the opposite side of the building. He also is extremely unfriendly and rarely ever responds to emails.
The elevator is always broken, they always lose your packages.
I strongly advise against living here, don’t fall for the beauty of building A. Stay away or regret it!

Even if you live there, your car will be towed if you park at Trader Joe’s! Ironic that no one from the staff was nice enough to even tell you about. There’s nothing luxury about the apartments because your appliances break all the time, so much for a brand new building right? The train is noisy and you won’t be able to sleep, work, or even talk on the phone with it. Oh and it runs all day. How is lifetime promoting healthy lifestyle when you can’t sleep properly with that annoying train! Don’t live here, you can find nicer and cheaper places than this one.

I visited there about a year ago and it was a beautiful building. The pool was nice and every thing was clean. It looked like a nice condo
