A quiet, clean place, they have good maintenance of the common areas. A pleasant atmosphere is maintained. The pool is kept impeccably clean. Any maintenance situation is resolved promptly or as soon as possible. The laundry room has new and efficient equipment. And very good neighbors.

As a residentat Douglas Townhomes l am so happy to live this place because the peace and quite. Location is great, has pool, brand new washer and dryers and utilities include hot water that help your fpl bill lower. Staff always have good aptitude and do the service request as soon as possible. Great management.
