For anyone looking for a place in Edgewater/Wynwood this apartment building is a complete nightmare. The construction noise never stops, and it never will as it is in the middle of so many construction projects and the one within makes it feels like the walls are shaking constantly. I can't even relax in my own home, don't even start me on working remotely! On top of that, the property manager is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Every time I've tried to bring up my concerns, she dismisses me and talks down to me. It's clear she doesn't care about her tenants or their wellbeing. The building itself is also falling apart. I've had countless maintenance issues that take weeks to get resolved, if they ever get resolved at all. The elevators are always broken, and the building has been deemed unsafe.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't wish this living situation on my worst enemy. Definitely find somewhere else to call home.
