I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team, specially Ramon. He’s always prompt, professional, and friendly when addressing any issues in my apartment. His efficiency and willingness to help make living here better. Highly recommend!

Aside from the late night/early morning ...
Aside from the late night/early morning partiers in unit 517 right above us that we had to call the cops on twice and complain to the building three times about (the last time which went unanswered by management), we enjoyed our time living here, but lord help you if you need to move out early. You'll have to pay 2 extra months of rent (which amounted to $8200 for us) and no one will help you in any way to lessen that, even if you have one of the most desirable units that will likely be filled the next day or two. Good luck.

I have been living in Modera for 7 month ...
I have been living in Modera for 7 months and my children and I are really happy to be here and what I like most is that Sophia and Ramos from management are always very attentive and attentive to the property.
