Giving this place 2 stars because out of ...
Giving this place 2 stars because out of the 4 elevators, only 2 work (and only 2 have worked for the past 12 months). And that's not a lot of elevators for 39 floors of human beings. They claim to be a luxury building so they can charge luxury prices, but the building itself is incredibly dilapidated. "Luxury living," sure Jan.

The truth is that I had the worst experience of my life when visiting this place, the valet parking was the most rude person and he also humiliated me with screams without caring about anything. The receptionist was nice but really with this type of things clients lose if they don't want to work because she doesn't have to treat visitors badly.
