I had the absolute best experience touring 215 Park Apartments, all thanks to Giselle! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Giselle took the time to answer all my questions and truly made me feel valued as a potential resident. Her warm personality and attention to detail set her apart and made this the most memorable apartment tour I’ve ever had. If you're considering 215 Park Apartments, I highly recommend asking for Giselle—you won't be disappointed!

I lived at 215 Park for one year and it was wonderful. Leasing manager Giselle is very helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance team is always on site. Great location, apartments are freshly built, parking on property and access to the nearest gym.

This place is overrated, you have no space to organize anything, the cabinets are super small, there is no place to store sheets or towels. When it rains it fills with water everywhere, the hallways are never cleaned.

The apartments are gorgeous. Giselle was super kind and showed us multiple options, as well as explaining very clearly the details of the property and amenities.
