215 Park

This place is overrated, you have no space to organize anything, the cabinets are super small, there is no place to store sheets or towels. When it rains it fills with water everywhere, the hallways are never cleaned.

The apartments are gorgeous. Giselle was super kind and showed us multiple options, as well as explaining very clearly the details of the property and amenities.

I was completely amazed at the beautiful apartments in this new building. Great appointments,  and the front of the building faces a beautifully green park. The manager Giselle is a knowledgeable friendly presence full of helpful information beyond the rental. She is wonderful.

This is a beautiful building. Outstanding architecture and good service. Giselle is the best and any concerns are always handled. Multicultural and multiracial. Neighbors are friendly. Although I have since moved to a different state, this is an excellent place to live. Quiet and off the beaten path. But also not far from Target, Whole foods and the mall is 5 or 6 minutes away.....I really enjoyed my stay here...

We lived there for 14 months, 12 months lease and 2 months, month to month, we loved it, giselle was super helpful and professional all the time, she helped us with a lot of things, we appreciate her a lot and we appreciate douglas too for all the sevices he provided! Its a lovely place to live at, it comes with YMCA membership for free, and that was just amazing! Thanks 215park for everything 🙏🏼♥️♥️

215 Park is one of our favorite places we have ever lived! The team there Giselle (Building Manager) and Douglas have been and always are extremely helpful w/ any needs we have ever had! They have hunted down lost packages for us, and truly make it feel like you are at home! We would have called this place home for a much longer time had it not been for change in plans due to a job opportunity. If you are thinking about moving to 215 Park, we would HIGHLY recommend you do so!

I looked at a few places before I reached 215 Park, and knew that it was the one. What really sold me was the amazing support and service of Giselle. She is extremely helpful, communicates clearly and is always available! The benefit of having a park, the YMCA membership for free and personal parking spot oversold it. I’ve been living here for about 2 weeks now and I love it! 1000x happier and relaxed!

First of all, Giselle is amazing! She helped me relocate from Miami to Hallandale while I was in a difficult situation. She’s someone who actually cares about the building and the people who live here. I lived in Miami since 2016, and every year I moved out of every apartment I’ve had & never once wanted to renew a lease. No building ever kept up with everything they were supposed to such as cleaning, the amenities, the security, trash, or even the simplest thing.. treating their residents as family.. whatever it was. But living here at 215 park has made me feel like I’ve found home, that I’m safe, Giselle and Douglas are always right here if you need them! Grass is always cut, trash is always taken out, floors are always spotless, and on top of that, the building is super modern! Everything is up to date, and the area & location itself is perfect. It’s quiet, it’s safe, there’s a park right across the street, and the YMCA is literally next to us as well! Anywhere I’ve lived in Miami in the last 6 years does not even compare in the slightest to the vibe living here at 215 park. Wish I could give 10 stars to the building and to Giselle.
