Boardwalk At Inverrary

My hot water has been out since yesterday at 5:30 pm Yesterday and I was told this is not a Maintenance Emergency when it is cold outside!! And my child had to take a cold shower and go out in the cold weather this morning. So sad that this is the condition that we are living in when I have NEVER been late on rent!!! I have to settle for the answer that someone will be to you when they get a chance? Totally unfair.

How are we paying 1.8-2k a month but there’s no heating system only AC cold air. Florida does get cold and it’d be nice to have a heating system installed in the units. I was told we have heating but then now Im told we don’t.. so wth.

Janice, Carmen and Sandra-Lee Might just be my new 3 favorite women they made the process easy and made me feel at home as soon as I came in for an application different personalities but great team chemistry they all work efficiently and keep me laughing as well as informed during the process I can’t say enough about all of them Boardwalk has an  All-Star team on there hands

Welcoming was great The staff greet you with great energy the lawn has kept up in the area. I gave it a Plus for me👍🏾💯💯 OK

Love it here! helpful staff, nice apartment but majority of your packages will be stolen be aware nothing the staff can do about it unfortunately cameras don’t work to help.

I’ve been living in this complex for almost 15 years the maintenance staff is fantastic, always gets my work orders done on time and Janice and Carmen are absolutely amazing! Love those girls! The new girl is also nice and pleasant.

It was an awesome 5 years At Boardwalk thanks to Janice Carmen and Denika for everything   amazing  job ...... Michelle
