Please don't move here. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. The management here has no respect for tenants or prospective tenants. I wanted to move in here because of all the great reviews it has. It is a beautiful place at face value. However, management's lack of transparency and communication is beyond words. They are completely unprofessional and I am shocked this place is still in business. The management that we had spoke with specifically were Oscar, Jason and Jorge Gonzalez. Prior to reaching out, please do yourself a favor and look up Jorge Gonzalez's reviews on AVVO. They say it all. He is president of the association. These people told us we could move in as we were relocating from MA with two emotional service animals, and did not tell us that we were not able to move in until 7 days prior to move in. We already had a pod shipped to the complex. They felt no remorse, didn't apologize, and completely lied and made up a reason to deny us to protect themselves from a lawsuit. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through with these people; it has been a few historically stressful days and I couldn't be happier to be done with them.
