I recently had the unfortunate experience trying to load a sofa on my truck. To say that it was a disappointment would be an understatement. The level of service I received was abysmal, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. First and foremost, the valet or security or manager as he called himself seemed disinterested and unprofessional. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy rudeness and basic customer service skills. He was extremely disrespectful with me my wife and daughter, It felt like I was inconveniencing them by requesting their assistance, which is unacceptable for a service that patrons are paying for.
