Horrible management and association. The members of the banana republic board are corrupt and cheap and never fix anything and the fees disappear. Many things in disrepair and the building has failed the 40 year inspection. Nobody follows any rules. The place is always trashy. Something is always broken especially the elevators.

Excellent place with wonderful people, with very poor management because the Board does not represent the interests of the majority of the owners and does not require the management company to keep the owners informed of their actions, such as the replacement of the elevators and They do not make the monthly accounting update and their expenses public to the owners.
