They have a lake that  you can’t fish in from your backyard. What is the point of the lake if you can’t even fish. The property manager told me they pay to put fish in the lake, which that is a lie. It’s tunnels that run through multiple lakes that is not even our lake that come to our side of the lake. How you pay to put the fish in the lake if it’s coming from other lakes you don’t own.She just told me a bunch of lies. They are worrying about the wrong stuff they need to worry about picking up all the trash that is around the neighborhood every time it’s always dirty with trash everywhere. And the lake is dirty and have trash all in the corner of the lake. They don’t even clean the lake at all. I never seen them do. You have a dirt bike in the lake, you have A lot of tree branches in the lakes, A lot of plastic in the lake and paper.

The community is a pleasant one, but the office is deplorable in character. No one ever answers the phone, as always per the greeting, she's either on the phone or away from her desk. They readily tow away your vehicle, but trying to speak with some one regarding the issuance of a decal is hopeless. There is no one ever around for the residence. So disgraceful! They quickly add $10 to your HOA fee without establishing an ovedue date, and when you try to reach the office for any reason, there's no one ever available, or if you leave a message no one returns your call. Very unprofessional disorganized group of people.
