To be honest I used to like the area because it was close to my job and my wife jobs. Though it was expensive I still renewed my lease. I went to the office tried to be civilized enough I told the manager that we have to relocate to NY because of my wife job. I spoke to him like a gentleman yet they put me up for collection saying I have to pay 26,000 thousand dollars . Where the heck am going to get 26,000 thousand dollars to pay for an apartment witch they rent out three days after I moved out.

This building has come a long way. Thanks to Randel Perez the property manager, this building has seen a lot of improvements. I am very comfortable with my apartment and the service that is provided to me. The staff are very friendly and efficient with their service.

DONT MOVE HERE. THE OUTSIDE LOOKS GOOD.. THE NEWLY REMODELED APT. HAVE ISSUES!!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!!! THERE'S MOLD INSIDE THE WALLS.. SEWAGE BACKUP WHEN IT RAIN. IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE PURCHASE A BOAT YOUR GOING TO NEED IT WHEN IT RAIN.. DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE... I SUGGEST ANYONE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO.. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID..GOD BLESS..

Apartments are great. Staff is amazing. The application and lease process was simple and to the point. Stephanie who is in the office is great she was a wonderful help!

$200 application fee to be denied not even 24 hrs later is crazy to me. And to not even give a reason why it was denied or even return a phone call. But I should’ve known from the start with the mafia looking owner. This is a freaking scam. They get people to come see the apartment just to get the app fee and deny the application. The biggest scam there is. And a disgrace. Don’t be fooled by these people they are the biggest scammers around. DO NOT PAY THE APP FEE. YOU WILL BE DENIED ANYWAY!!!!!
