Worse experience ever I payed the association fee and got denied due to my credit score they didn’t even want to reconsider my case so disappointing

This awful community offers a limited parking setup, and they take delight in towing away everyone's cars. Be ready to drain your account rescuing your vehicle; you’ll end up spending more on that than on rent. There’s also a massive pest and roach problem, so save your money and go somewhere else.

Not a bad place to live however parking is terrible. Not the best community if you have even 1 guest with a car. There’s literally NO PARKING and towing is a major issue as your car will be towed even if you’re a owner/renter. If you have a 9 -5 good luck meeting with someone from the management office. There also needs to be some form of modification at the main entrance due to constant accidents at the red light intersection of countyline & 13th ct.

There's a guy named Tim who lives in 654.. This guy thinks the complex belongs to him.. He doesn't sleep at night walking around to getting peoples cars towed. The guy is very miserable I don't think his family likes him.
