Nice community however, THERE IS barely any parking outside especially in the night time, the gate to come into the community is always with a LONGGGG line which almost 30% it breaks, u have to get a access gate sticker which only one per person you have on the lease they wont give you another one if you only have one person on lease,u have to put the garbage out only on certain days, certain hours and u have to have it in the garbage can if not they FINE u $100. These are some other rules they keep notifying the residents of, community pool gym nice but im tired of this community, You cannot copy the key fab either, which you use to open your apartment door. so if you have a partner make sure BOTH of you get approved if you want to live in this community, leasing office have lack of communication

I visited Mila today and Jessenia was amazing, she made me feel welcome and provided me with all the information I needed. Kudos to her and the team for the exceptional customer service.

Doing Amazon Flex, I had to deliver today 1/20/25, in this community and I must highlight that the access protocol for visitors and others, is the worst and the most delayed that I have seen. Arrive at 8:14 pm and take at least 25 minutes to enter. The line to enter was perhaps 20 vehicles long, which also hindered residents and even the street that gives access to the development. Gentlemen, review a better access strategy, what you are applying DOES NOT WORK and I repeat it is the WORST.
