The Alluvion las Olas team is amazing,, Lena is a great concierge, All the team is great and professional.

Luis is the best!  Had a routine maintenance call and he went way above and beyond!  Always friendly in the hallway or elevator.  I really appreciate how much he and the rest of the maintenance team care about the community.

I’ve lived at The Alluvion for over a year now, and it’s been an overall fantastic experience. The amenities here truly set it apart, which include  a steam room, sauna and massage chairs. The pool is lovely—getting plenty of sun throughout the day.
The common areas are well-maintained, with a modern interior design. I appreciate the clean and welcoming vibe throughout. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community, which makes living here feel more like being part of a neighborhood than just renting an apartment.
One feature that I especially love is the on-site hair salon. It’s so convenient, and the stylist/colourist is  top notch.
The only downside is the elevators do breakdown on occasion. It’s not a huge issue but worth mentioning.
Overall, I highly recommend The Alluvion for anyone looking for a place that offers both convenience and a sense of community. The amenities, location, and atmosphere really make it stand out.

I've been living at Alluvion for the last 2+ years. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing, usually responding and resolving my service requests within a matter of hours, and they're always nice while they do it. Luis is especially helpful.

Alluvion is truly an amazing community! The staff go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel welcome and cared for. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are unmatched. The overall atmosphere of the community is outstanding, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining such a fantastic place. Highly recommend Alluvion to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
