Alluvion Las Olas

Mauricio from the leasing office was great from start to finish and really provided exceptional customer service. From giving us a tour twice while we were deciding on where to lease to answering all of our questions he was really helpful in every way. The building is extremely well kept and they do a great job of making you feel welcomed. Luis from the maintenance team is an absolute professional as well, he has been a great help since we moved in with anything we’ve needed.

nadjhee is my favorite person to wake up to every morning. There’s nothing like having a big friendly smile to greet you in the morning. Living at the alluvion is such an amazing experience and enhanced by nadjhee

I have to say.. the concierge specialist Nadjhee is the BEST!!!! There is no one better at her position in all of Las Olas!

Amazing apartment building with beautiful southern views. Staff is really attentative. Marilou, Maricio, Luis and Domingo really care about the needs of the residents and are Very responsive to any service requests usually coming on the same day to resolve any issues I've had. With all the construction occurring you can tell they are going over an above to keep it clean. The building has only been improving since we moved here. Updated pool equipment has transformed the vibe of the pool area. The Ameneties are outstanding and truly state of the art compared to anything else around Las Olas. The Units themselves are amazingly designed with great appliances and flooring. The southern facing units get both sunrise and sunset during the winter months easily visible from the balcony. Making for spectacular views. It's really the best building in Fort Lauderdale. I appreciate everything the Alluvion team is doing to make living here feel so easy.
