I recently toured Camden Las Olas, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the prime location of the community—right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, with easy access to dining, shopping, and the vibrant Las Olas Boulevard scene. What truly made the tour unforgettable, though, was Chance. He was absolutely AMAZING! Chance’s enthusiasm and knowledge about the property were unmatched. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour to highlight features that perfectly matched my needs. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail made me feel valued and excited about potentially calling Camden Las Olas home.
The community itself is stunning, with beautiful amenities, modern finishes, and breathtaking views. But it’s the exceptional service from team members like Chance that sets this community apart. I left the tour feeling confident that this is more than just a place to live—it’s a lifestyle.

If you’re looking to scrape the bottom of the barrel for apartments in the area this is the place for you!

I lived here for 5 years and the only good quality about here is the location. Rent constantly increased, even if their asking rent for new renters was less than the renewal offer. Constant construction, broken elevators, the pool was "renovated" 2 times, and the finish dates are off by months. The staff constantly turns over so there is no consistent contact with office management. I will say maintenance is normally responsive. Overall, I would not recommend living here unless you’re only looking at the location. Even then, there are better options in Flagler Village.
