Camden Las Olas Apartments

Great place to live. They made the move in process very simple and straight forward.

OK so this apartment complex is located in downtown Fort Lauderdale. They tell you they have amenities, but then there is no water in the pool. They are doing construction all over the place. It seems like they are doing a lot of repairs on the building and such. When you look at the website, they are totally different photographs than when you actually walk around the complex. Don’t know if they are trying to improve things but I can honestly say I was not that impressed. I think before I would move into this apartment complex I would definitely talk to some of the tenants and see how they feel about the place. Just saying I was not impressed.

JP and Carlos with Camden maintenance is an all-star. Very friendly and fun guy, quick to respond and help.

Brenton has been amazing! His attention to detail cannot go unnoticed! The leasing office is always there to listen to resident needs. Thank you for being so amazing!

I looked around at a lot of different apartments before moving to Fort Lauderdale and Camden was literally my number one choice! Jennifer and Chance made my moving experience very very  smooth and I was doing a long distance move so them being able to communicate with me about my move-in date. And Just making sure my apartment was ready Meant a lot to me ! You can tell they really care about their residents here! They were very  good at communication. Even down to the concierge they were very sweet and kind to me moving. If you are looking for a place in Fort Lauderdale and would like nice views and a beautiful apartment Camden Las Olas is the place for you! I just moved into their newly renovated penthouse apartments and let me tell you it is a beautiful ! Hardwood floors Throughout the entire apartment , stainless steel appliances, and the view is to die for 😍 thank you again Jennifer and Chance for making my my moving experience so smooth!

I love the staff at Camden Las Olas! They always go above and beyond.

Stay away from this building!!  Between the non stop construction and banging in the building all hours of the day to we’re you can’t work from home to the rude office staff, there are way better options. They could have disclosed all the construction they planned to do to the residence when resigning the lease in which they didn’t. Then there is always an issue with the rent when it comes out of my account after it shows posted. Then hit you with non stop fees. I’m over this place

Chance guided me through the leasing process at Camden Las Olas in a highly professional, calm and friendly manner.  He answered all communications via email or text very promptly.  All communications were clear and very polite. Chance is a fantastic Leasing Agent and I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
