South Bank Apartments

I lived here a year ago and let me tell you, the location is great,  my windows were never replaced holes the screens, there were roaches the management company was terrible tried to raise my rent without proper notice. They air bnb a yacht outside my apt and the noise was hard to deal with. During spring break, kids everywhere drunk loud knocking on residents doors in the middle of the night. Homeless people stealing packages off the doors, they have now changed their name, I could go on with the issues inside my apartment from it raining on the inside of my apartment and having a hole in my ceiling for weeks. When they do work they do not clean up no amenities just the location

So I have a friend that lives at this complex and she rents from somebody that advertise on  Facebook they needed a roommate So she rented the room from (LOVE CHERY) she rented her the space they had a falling out so( love chery) moved out! As my friend is still there paid all this money to live there !! Now management is discriminating against her when you would think management would want to help the situation but no everybody wants to act like a child…. this needs to be handled like adults or next I’m going to Twitter

Great, we are in 101 and the view is spectacular, it is as if we were on our Super Yacht.

This is a must stay place. The units are clean, inviting and loaded with amenities. Located downtown with plenty of local restaurants, pubs and shopping. Currently undergoing painting and improvement they also offer annual leases. I love it here.

Listen to my people ... my car was stolen last night.  Someone had access to the apartment I rented on Airbnb and my wallet and car keys were stolen.  This place is not safe or reliable.  Mr. Miguel, who is in charge of the complex, is completely useless and was not helpful.  I do not recommend it

Very nice place with an excellent view

AAA Location on the Las Olas River Bed, water taxis are abundant and eliminate the need of driving, apartments completely updated open floor plan with washers and dryers, garden style apartments with plenty of parking and friendly neighbors. Great experience.
