Very quiet and central to main roads. Very friendly administration.

They need to fix the gate. Unsafe Community.

The quality has dropped a lot, there is no one in the office and the entire jacuzzi area is always broken and everything is dirty.

2500 too expensive.  Gate never works. Rent to anyone  no background checks.  Nothing works,the siahwasher,garbage disposal.  I would not live there. Dec raising the rent

The community has been in TOTAL decline since Avalon became the owner. Swimming pool has not been working for 2 weeks, water turned green. They removed the BBQ today and it had been broken for a year.
They increase your Rent from $2500 to $2775 when renewing your lease and force you to move to get a better price. They then steal your money in management fees, moving and repairing your old unit.
All the first residents leave or play musical chairs by changing apartments

BEWARE OF LEASING HERE!!! THEY ARE STEALING TRUCKS, CARS, AND ROBBING TENANT’S PROPERTY ALMOST EVERY DAY AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO YOU, AS A PROSPECTIVE OR CURRENT TENANT, “bEcAuSe It Is HaPpEnInG eVeRyWhErE.” YOU CAN BE A VICTIM AND THEY STILL WON’T INFORM YOU!! Meanwhile, the front gate is always broken and they take weeks to fix it, and the side door of the complex is always open, as well. Management does not care about your personal or family’s safety. If they did they would let tenants know to take extra precaution with the upsurge of crime in this neighborhood, but of course, that would be bad for business and they just want your $$$s.

I've lived here since they opened it, I love this super quiet condo, plus it's central, I have everything around me
