Terrible place to live. HOA members are actual monsters. No heart for anything, extremely rude and disrespectful at all times. Too many stupid rules and restrictions. Parking sucks and there is none. None of the guards speak English and will let anyone in through the gate. Very annoying children in the neighborhood that are always unsupervised, they draw markers and chalk all over the trees and sidewalk, they've come into my patio many times. Not to mention the prices of these homes are ridiculous. Really there is nothing good about living here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I went to see an open house to buy and they wouldn't let me in because there was no parking available

Complete garbage. HOA are horrible. They want to know every move you make. Don’t move here.

Horrible HOA.  If you get on the wrong side of the board members it is over for you. EVERYTHING  is a violation.  It seems as though they hate kids.  Parking is a major issue.  It is like living in a beautiful prison.  Even when you mind your own business they constantly mind your business too.  Horrible place to live because of the HOA board members.

The guy on the gate today December 5 2021 is UNPROFESSIONAL. He never call the resident to open the gate door, Is not the first time. Also he talk me with bad words , MOVE YOUR CAR NOW!! Again is UNPROFESSIONAL. Berry bad administration and berry bad security company.

terrible experience, the houses and the community very beautiful but the management and administration make you feel in a jail, is a shame that the talk of the operation is after disbursing the money because if not nobody move to this places

It is terrible regarding parking spots. It is like a jail. The people can not come to visit to you more than 30 days of the 365 total because they require a background and credit check to allow them visit your own house. Please avoid this community
