I like living here. It's quiet but they treat people with vehicles here horrible. If you park in backwards to where your license plate isn't showing they will have your car towed even though they have that information on file. Lmao even if ur tags are expired which is none of there business they will have it towed anyways goodnight yah

I love my new apartment at  Alvista Hollywood. My leasing agent Angelica was the best part of the experience. She made the move in process super easy and very smooth. She answered all of my questions and she was extremely helpful. I’m thankful that she was the one helping me through this journey because she was very down to earth and friendly. If you are choosing Alvista ask for Angelica SHE IS THE BEST !!!

Lousy. Completely upset with the service. One of the pools has been closed for months, all summer without it. The gym is the same, they said it would be ready by the end of summer and it hasn't happened. They charge you $40 for garbage collection and there are days when they don't even have time to collect it.
The internet is HORRIBLE, they charge you more than comcast and it cuts off all the time; and the solution is to call Dish and when you call no one answers you.
Months ago I made an appointment for them to come and repaint the shower since the paint after a month and a half of living here has started to peel off and no one has ever come, water started falling from the bathroom extractor fan and I have asked them to They came to see what was happening and no one showed up. So many more things.
There have never been nor do they pass pest control...
Every day I pay my rent accordingly but the return of the condo leaves a lot to be desired.
I do not recommend it for all this and more.

I just moved in with my wife and I would like to highlight ANGELICA's attention, she has been an indispensable help, very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, we are very happy and we hope to enjoy the stay 100% and everything the condominium has to offer

Thanks to Angelica's help we have been able to resolve all the paperwork issues and we have found a nice apartment, thank you for everything Angelica!!!
