This building is a great place to live. Every time we have an issue in the apartment someone comes to check It or service as needed.There are more tenants living in now and that makes a great community.

Roach motel

This building is disgusting.. when it rains the building floods,the management is horrible, maintenance don’t come or don’t fix the problem, the a/c was always broke , the roof leaked,my apt had termites the whole building is infested. It has no parking I would avoid this place at all cost it’s not worth it at all

They are scammers. It's been more than a month since I moved in and they haven't returned my deposit. Plus, that apartment is full of cockroaches, the elevators break down all the time, it's very dirty and they don't fumigate or have a ramp for disabled people, it totally sucks.

THE APT 3B ROOM ONLY HAVE 1 PARKING SPACE ONLY,ONE CAR FOR APT,THE ELEVATOR BROKE WEEKLY AND THE POOL ALWAYS IS DIRTY AND GREEN the inept and incompetent MANAGER DOESN'T DO ANYTHING AFTER 3 TO 4 DAYS ,I TOLD HIM ABOUT CLEAN THE A/C CONDUCT 2 YEARS AGO BECAUSE HAVE MUD.I JUST MOVE AWAY BECAUSE MY KIDS GETTING SICK EVERY MONTHS I have lived 9 years in three different floors 6,7 and4 and all infected with cockroachesTHEY DON'T CARE about.and I get refund 1/4 of my deposits I live hear for 9 years and 3 different owners but These are the worst MANAGER,
