Fillmore Gardens Apartments in Hollywood

This is the worst place anyone can possibly stay at. On top of there racism and prejudice . The people in the leasing office are beyond rude. Every time you call for the property manger he’s “coincidentally “ never around. These people are constantly getting finned by the state for sanitation and fire hazards. These building haven't been renovated  for years, there’s plumbing issues, roach infestation in all the apartments. Mold and mildew in the ac units.

Parking is terrible, there are non working cars sitting in guest spots so residents with two cars have to park on the side of the road. The leasing office has a couple rude employees that hang up on residents, it’s not all of them but some of them are very rude.

This was not somewhere that i woul live. Bad landscape and off street parking more like a vacant building.
