Amaray Las Olas by Windsor Apartments

A first class apartment building.  The staff is extremely helpful and very professional.  They go out of their way to satisfy.   The location is near the heart of Fort Lauderdale, with everything being close at hand.

I have lived here over a year now, and while some things have not been stellar, I am truly seeing a shift. The management team is really starting to make the improvements necessary. I have also recently interacted with them more personally and found them to be very empathetic and willing to listen. I appreciate living here and look forward to good things ahead.

Edited: The best thing about this building is the concierge, Gary. He’s great at remembering everyone’s names and making you feel like you’ve come home. Otherwise I’ve never lived in such a poorly run and maintained building. Since I’ve lived here, we’ve gone through several building managers and countless leasing agents, office assistants, you name it. Windsor corporate does nothing to empower their employees and seems to not care about the well being of their residents. I attempted to communicate with Christopher Frank and I gave up because he was so condescending in the way he spoke to me and I’m not the only one to have experienced that with him. Everything in this building is broken: one of the elevators has been out for more than 2 months while management continues to close the freight elevator leaving over 30 floors to share one small one, the hot tub, pool and other amenities they advertise they provide in this ‘luxury’ building are constantly closed - recently the hot tub was shut down by the health department. I’ve also never heard of so many evictions in a high end building. When I first moved in, it was great and I loved it! Now it feels like the residents are a burden to the office staff, we have to make an appointment to speak with anyone, the building manager is only here part time, etc. If you’re looking for great living on las olas, look elsewhere.

After looking at way too many buildings I’m so happy I chose to live at the Amaray. Angela and Gary are MVPs here for always being on top of everything, truly looking out for the residents and really making it feel like a home. It’s always clean, the amenities are great and you can’t beat the location. Out of the many, many places I’ve lived, this is by far my favorite!

I’ve been a resident at Amaray Las Olas for over four years now.  It’s a fantastic place to live due in no small part to the amazing team they have here.  I just wanted to give a special shout out to Loredana in the leasing office. She was super helpful in showing my husband and I options to move to a larger unit. And even though Rosea has only been in her position as Resident Services Manager for a few months, she’s knocking it out of the park! She has been super helpful and responsive to any issues or questions I’ve had. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Gary at the concierge desk. He’s the heart and soul of Amaray as far as I’m concerned!  He’s so incredibly caring and engaged with all of the residents and is the absolute best at what he does.  Thanks so much to the Amaray team!  You make living here a pleasure!

I had the pleasure of touring Amaray Las Olas recently, and it was an amazing experience! Lori at the leasing office was exceptional—so nice and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made me feel completely at ease. She even showed me every unit I wanted to see, ensuring I had a clear understanding of my options. The property itself is stunning, but her hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend checking this place out

Dannie is amazing along with the team at the Amaray. The excellent service by Dannie and her colleagues makes this community vibe and the right place call another home.
