friendly receptionists...they utilize a management system to approve people...money grab and lengthy for NO reason...no one contacted, not impressed!! waste of time and money on renters' end and costly money loss for landlord...condo association attempting to b something they aren't... great location, fabulous views, superb sunsets, very, very old building, carpets r disgusting and filthy...clean up the common areas in living quarters above 1st floor plz!! no bbq by pool??
