AMLI Dadeland

The tour went very well, but then I emailed and called for a follow up, no one responded to me. I also applied the day after the tour, but the rent was already increased (unlike other properties which usually keep the quotes for 48 hours). I was advised that the quote would be honored through early March, so I called and called and finally spoke to someone who refused to honor the quote, even though I applied within a day or so! That indicated to me that the company did not care about tenants and would not work with tenants to address concerns or needs. The practice of immediate increasing rent is also predatory.

I’ve been a resident Here for seven years since Leslie joined the team three years ago she is the best customer service always takes care of everything. You need. Answer the phone. Return your phone calls check up and make sure all the maintenance is done. You can’t ask for her and a better team of people that are working there now I recommend to come and live here!

Even tho this is happened around 4 years ago or less when I applied for the apartment this girl name Julie who I think she still works there gave a tour and help with the steps I love it and decided to apply and pay like 600 dollars for the application and the term and condition says that if you cancel with in the 24 hours you get a refund well I call Julie and told her that I changed my mind and that I wanna to to Amli joya instead and ask for my refund even tho I call with in the 12 hours of applying well she refused to give me a refund and everything time I pass by she used hide from me

Great place to live good neighborhood amazing location

I lived at AMLI Dadeland from November 2023 to December 2024, and it was an overall great experience. The building offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, a 24/7 gym, conference room, a fun game room, and even a bowling room. The cozy lounge areas and the coffee machine in the lobby with a variety of delicious beverages are thoughtful additions. The leasing office on the second floor is always available and ready to help with anything you need. The location is convenient, with Dadeland Mall, Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s, and Target just around the corner.
I highly recommend AMLI Dadeland for anyone looking for a modern, well-maintained building in a great area with everything you need nearby.

Our six-month stay at AMLI in Southern Florida was nothing short of magical, and the memories we made there are cherished to this day. The serene, lush environment, with the calming river nearby, provided the perfect setting for a beautiful chapter of our lives, especially when we welcomed our precious daughter into the world.
The quiet, green surroundings brought a sense of peace every day, and the staff at AMLI made our experience truly special. Leslie and Thomas at the front desk went above and beyond, always greeting us with warmth and a genuine willingness to help. Their kindness added to the feeling of community that made our time there unforgettable.
While we initially had a minor issue with the water pump sound, it was promptly addressed, and everything else about our stay was flawless. From the stunning views to the welcoming community, AMLI provided us with a place that felt like home in every way.
Thank you, AMLI, for making our short stay in Southern Florida an extraordinary experience. We miss the beauty and tranquility of South Florida and will always hold those memories close.
