If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would! All because of the HOA! Think 100 times before purchasing a property there! There's a certain woman, in the office, who has ZERO respect for anyone, especially for seniors.... She is condescending and lacks professionalism in her approach to any matter or concern! Additionally, Hispanics are favored to live there more than blacks, it seems!!!
This HOA cares about nothing and no one! If you do not know your rights, as a home owner, they will trample you!
All they are interested in is raising the HOA fees - not by the typical annual 2-3% Floridians may come to expect....  It's now jumped from $375 - $405+ (!for a one bedroom!) for the up coming year! Two bedrooms - edging close $600!!! And what for?!!! They have barely done any improvements to the building and it's environs!!!!
In the back of one of the apartment blocks, it becomes a pool when it rains heavily because of poor drainage back there. Ground floor apartments and patio areas are often in peril and breached by the rising water! This has been going on for years!
Their pest control program is useless! It's wondered if the person spraying the place is feeding the pests instead of destroying them!
In the course of the last 7 years, the fee has gone from $250 to now over $405+ (2024-25), with NOTHING to justify the increase! These are NOT luxury apartments nor gated! This is a travesty!!!
When will the Federal government and State rein-in these people/ALL HOA's in general?! They are allowed to do whatever the heck they like to people who are doing their best. This has to stop!!!

Not a friendly association. Not helpful.

The association staff needs customer service training. They have very bad manners and don't know how to talk to the clients. They have absolutely no accommodation for their client's guess... no place to park. They treat you like you don't belong there.
