Management is horrible, association fees are constantly increasing, and they have ridiculous rules and regulations making it impossible for people to live there.

This process has been deplorable and shameful. It does not seem like you guys realize the damage you can cause people (buyers and sellers) when you take approximately 2 months to give a decline to someone after they are completely ready to move. If you are not aware, Rosa made us go three times to the association in person because she could not print even one sheet of paper, and would always come up with something new after stating our application was completed not to mention they had told me my buyer was already approved and even went as far as to schedule their orientation. I have email exchanges. This is beyond ridiculous. You don't get to waste people's time this way. WORST CONDO MANAGEMENT TEAM IN THE PLANET. These people are Disgusting!!! Its a shame!!

Beautiful place where I live

A cozy place,

Facility mismanaged by an incompetent property manager and ineffective Board. Condo fees are exorbitant considering the overall condition of grounds and facilities. Ridiculous rules and regulations have made living here for the past 3 years a most unpleasant experience; prospective buyers should definitely "steer clear" of this place!

Clean, very friendly people. Requires better paint maintenance in common areas.
