Never got my deposit back!

Toxic mold has cost us our health and All our belongings inside our unit . They won’t even give us our security deposit back.

More accurate advertisements for this place would read/sound something like these: * Are you a gambler? Do you like taking risks... in this case, with your health? Then roll those dice, baby, and enjoy your stay at (currently) Golf View Flats (formerly The Solaris and Heritage Greens)!
The current owner decided to take that gamble when they purchased the property... Without inspections.
* Want to live like a celebrity? How about Brittany Murphy! Oh wait... She died from toxic mold exposure and you can too! For the low low price of $1365+/month, you can experience "mystery" illnesses, difficulty breathing, extreme fatigue, and more!
(Health, life and rentors' insurance recommended.)

Our spacious apartments offer moist conditions and thick air that this "cleaned" by large, commercial dehumidifers.
The lackadaisical nature extends beyond the living conditions to the property owners. But don't worry! If one of their staffs steals your rent check, it will be fine... so long as you have an extra $1365+/month to pay your rent, a 2nd time.

I wish zero stars was a choice, slum lords! Every six months there's a different person running the show, and with each spin of the wheel this place gets worse. There is no reason they should be charging so much for rent. They only care about getting their rent and finding new inventive ways to screw you out off more and more $$$$. Run far and run fast away from this place people.

I currently live here and am being scamed by these people. They lied about how much the water would be split by the units, they will not call me or answer any of my questions. The property manager knows absolutely nothing about the property and corporate won't help her either, its a joke...stay away

I lived here in the 90's for a little while. I had roaches and could never get rid of them. It was awful. I did love the apt though.

The Solaris at Sunrise is not good place to stay. You will have rats running up and down then patio in the day time and night. The patio can be screened in but you have to pay for the screen and put it up. You shouldn't have to pay all this money for rent and then turn around to pay and extra $50 at Home Depot or Lowe's for screens. The owners love pets but they do not take care of the grass your dog or dogs will have fleas and ticks if you do not wash them a twice a week. I could not use my kitchen sink for week and a half because of plumbing issues, once you use the sink you are flooding the other unit underneath yours. The maintenance man does not speak English very well, so it is hard to understand what he is saying.
