Arbor View

Arbor View is the perfect place for seniors to live. Had a problem originally as I signed the paperwork for apartment #503 then was given another apartment.

I've been living at Arbor View for almost 2 years I love it everything is clean and beautiful and Carmen the one and only office girl is awesome and maintenance crew is always willing to lend a hand.

Great place. Location is just perfect.

Who ever runs the office has terrible customer service. I walked in to acquire about a 2/2. The moment I walked in I can tell she was annoyed, she didn’t greet with a smile and slammed the phone as if I was interrupting her .  I didn’t even get her name because how abrupt she was all she stated was it’s over 300 people on the list and I’ll be waiting for  over 5 years . If doing the bare minimum to keep your job was a person it’s her . I feel bad for all the senior tenants there ! She’s not helpful and nice at all .

I am retracting my review and I'm not apologizing for it I took my mother and my auntie to aubreview to rent them apartment the ladies of management told them that they need to go to the senior citizen community that was an insult and disrespect to them I gave arbor view five stars because I did believe that was a nice place to live but when they talk to my mother and my auntie rudely and disrespectfully and told them to go to a senior citizen community I'm taking these stars back arbor view needs New Management these ladies hurt my family feelings I didn't know that they told my mother and my auntie that until they got in the car and they told me that's what these ladies told them to go to a senior citizen community and I thought that was that was a senior citizen community racist

The tranquility, coordination of the neighbors, cleanliness, organization of the areas are excellent and a very good administration direction. I am very happy to live at Arbor View.

I have lived at Arbor View from the start! I wanted to thank  Paula, our current property manager for her quick response first thing this morning & follow up to a leak in my A/C dripping throughout the night.
She is awesome and quick to respond when an urgent work request is submitted.
She is very personable, knowledgeable  and is always looking out for the residents.
Also a big thank you to Pedro, our maintenance man here, as well as Carlos who came from another location to help fix the problem.
When I got home from work it had been fixed and I am very appreciative & grateful to the three of them for getting an emergency done so quickly!!  Thank you!!
