I had the rare opportunity to see what one of these units are for the one bedroom. Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful little plane. As far as tile floor white walls, kitchen is nothing spectacular but it is large enough to set three or four people around the table, the two bedroom are very large. Living room is enormous.

It is a beautiful place but we were almost scammed I am glad that I did go to the main office instead of going online and finishing up paperwork and giving a deposit I had to do my homework to make sure that this was legit people do your homework before you give any money online go to the offices of these condominiums and apartments when you are looking for a place I did therefore we did not get scammed management there are time patient considerate and willing to work with you and answer all questions that you have

Beautiful community

I have called Coral Gate Condo Association in Margate Florida for 2 weeks, I’ve placed over 15 calls and left many voicemails asking for my call to be returned. Marie finally answered my call today only to tell me that she couldn’t help me because she was in the middle of a meeting. Their website states that they are opened 5 days a week, until 5 pm. All of the calls I’ve made to Coral Gate Condo Assoc. have been before 3 pm and their voicemail states that they are closed every time I’ve called. They are lacking in many ways, especially customer support.

Fountains Lake views are great. Resident are all friendly. But, to keep us all fit the condo needs a gym.

Great lake fountains ... Wish they change colors more. Speed bumps not too bad. Great 55 plus community.
