Karanda Village V Condo

I have lived here for 33 years. I moved in in 1989. It’s just as pretty today as it was when I moved in.   it is very well. Kept up. The people are friendly, it’s a safe place to live. I love living on the Lake , watching the ducks and birds and squirrels are even have a pelican that visits me every day. I can’t imagine living anywhere else, even if I won the lottery. ❤️😊 PS Pierre Is a phenomenal maintenance man

Condo is good, but the neighbors are a little stupid and no patient at all.

I live here and love it.

I went to visit my daughter.  I had a good time saw my granddaughter and went to a concert, out to dinner. I do not like the condo itself love to visit my family.

A great place to live! All the neighbors are friendly and you can meet many people walking their dogs or exercising around the area. Whether you are renting or buying Karanda Village V is a wonderful place to live. George S Gerber park is right next to the community. The clubhouse/pool is located at the front of the complex. There are some issues with guest parking but the board is definitely working it out.
