For the administration, Mirso and Sandra, I only have words of gratitude, since every time I have gone with a problem, they have solved it very quickly. My family and I have lived here for 19 years and we love it. The apartments are large and have many closets for storage. The laundry machines work very well. The pool area is beautiful, with lots of greenery around. The location of the building also allows quick access to several important avenues. The schools are very good in the area, mainly Elementary, and for middle and high school there is a charter school. As in every community, there are challenges and things to improve, but we are in good hands.

I have been living here for over 4 years and love this place. You can't beat the prices for the location. I have a great view and easy access from parking to my unit (a priority for me). There have been many improvements in the past year or so, under the new management - renovations, appliance repair and upgrades, and convenient parking accommodation, among others. The leasing office is highly responsive. They attentively listen to resident needs and concerns and follow through responsibly with repairs and maintenance.
It should also be mentioned that one of the biggest perks of living here is safety - for families and those for whom security is a top priority. In the several years of living here, I have never seen or heard any drama or danger of any kind within and outside of the complex premises.
True, that sharing space with fellow human creatures (hehe) - anywhere, everywhere - comes with some challenges, but, overall, benefits of living here far outweigh cons in my experience.

The attention provided by the administration is very good since they are always willing to solve problems, the secretary is very gentle and kind.

Excellent place to live, the administration is very diligent, Sandra is an excellent person and always willing to solve the problems and concerns of the tenants.

The office is responsive when it comes to handling any issues you may have, and the community is overall nice. Renovations are pretty much done and looks better and feels nice too

We moved in a year ago because of location,price and saw that many improvements were being made.Since we’ve been here the parking lot was redone and we now have assigned parking.The security gates work also and the pool has reopened also.I know that there have been many issues here but even the newer developments have them just as well.I moved from one that was brand new when I moved in, was first tenant.I have found Sandra in leasing office to be the best thing about Arbors!The new manager is also doing his best to tackle and satisfy every  issue that arises.As a result,we just renewed our lease!
