This building is located right on the beach. Renovation is almost done. Great place to live and very peaceful. Best investment ever. Beach and Multi million dollar buildings are located on just cross the street. I would recommend this building everyone around the world. LOCATION, LOCATION  LOCATION....

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place to live. Let's start with the fact that to move in, you have to pay $400 to use elevator although $250 of that is given back if all goes well. Then you need to hire movers, as if they were paying for them. And last you can't move in on weekends when is more feasible only Monday through Friday 9-5pm. So if you work, you lose a pay day from your job. Yes, its on the beach but not worth it. The building is rotten from inside. There have been like 3 different management. Security has constantly changed. Building is like a good looking old man from the outside whose inside is rotten and ready to croak. The outside is being fixed but the inside is destroyed. The plumbing, the elevators are always broken. Repair man says they always just come to place a bandaid on the old elevators. No pool since 2018 and no pool will be coming. The parking lot structure is in danger of collapsing although they dont want to say.
Every manager that has come has been rude and nasty. Although you own it's as if you don't because you need permission for everything. The mold smell is horrible. There is no guest parking. There is hardly no resident parking.
The money that they steal from people is to fix the esthetic of building. Worst WINSTON TOWER BUILDING IN AREA.

Terrible management.  Building is a dump. Security not friendly or helpful. No one ever smiles or is welcoming. Ive been coming here for over 8 years, as a property manager I have seen the decline in this building. Building has been going through its renovation for quite some time now. Feels like a safety hazard in all honesty. No guest parking. Security threatens to tow your vehicle.  Beware
