Center Court Apartments

I went to go visit the apartment because I was liking the view but when I did , I was disappointed because of how I see bunch of people sitting in the stairs smoking , got scared thinkin something was gonna happen, then I checked and saw the ceiling where the stairs is damage , but other that everything seems fine, it’s just mostly them people smoking on the stairs that’s bothering the most

Chiva was great.

The customer services Màrie is doing  in North Miami location are the worst experience a tenant can live. If hirer management of Center Court was aware of how Marie treats tenants she should be removed from her post. Tenants are having hard time inquiring about repairs and getting appointments.

I really really appreciate all the bending and twisting that y’all have done for me… Great service…

In addition to the wonderful environment of the office and the location, Chiva was a major help in my process! She gave me a tour of the apartment and was extremely specific about how the move in process works.

Haven't even moved in yet, I just called to ask what was needed to be put on the waiting list and asked for some information. Marie was so freaking nice. This is the first (Low income) apartment complex I called that answered and was very helpful. First one to have over 400 google reviews and majority of it being great ones. I really like that which means its more good than bad, and it shows that the staff really does care about the tenants and potential tenants. Now, I don't think I would want to live anywhere else. Really hope I get a spot next year. <3 Thanks Marie

I am happy Beata is back.She is very professional lady.We need her here She is very helpful.

Despite having a rat problem for the first couple of months the apartment is nice. But recently our balconies were shut and we aren't allowed to put any furniture on there because they are going to "fix" them. I said "recently" but it's actually been a couple months so I don't know when that's getting resolved. Other then that is alright
