Center Court Apartments

In addition to the wonderful environment of the office and the location, Chiva was a major help in my process! She gave me a tour of the apartment and was extremely specific about how the move in process works.

Haven't even moved in yet, I just called to ask what was needed to be put on the waiting list and asked for some information. Marie was so freaking nice. This is the first (Low income) apartment complex I called that answered and was very helpful. First one to have over 400 google reviews and majority of it being great ones. I really like that which means its more good than bad, and it shows that the staff really does care about the tenants and potential tenants. Now, I don't think I would want to live anywhere else. Really hope I get a spot next year. <3 Thanks Marie

Despite having a rat problem for the first couple of months the apartment is nice. But recently our balconies were shut and we aren't allowed to put any furniture on there because they are going to "fix" them. I said "recently" but it's actually been a couple months so I don't know when that's getting resolved. Other then that is alright

I love apartment center court so much it's a serious thing. The reason why the woman doesn't live there anymore is because my job came and gave me 3 days of work, I couldn't pay the house anymore and they sent me to eviction.I need to pay all the eviction fees I need to go down to Miami to go to the center court office so that they can give me the name of the landlord and tell me that I need to pay all the eviction fees so that they can remove my name from the eviction record.

Beata and Marie are the best. And so are the other staff members. Nice environment to walk into....

I came in the office today the people was so nice specially miss shiva she's cute,kind ,nice 💕😍

Decided to move elsewhere but when needed the management team was very responsive and reliable when I had any questions especially Chiva!

If I could give this place A zero I would. starting from the management especially CHEVA. the roaches and  rats are crazy and the place is literally falling apart from the inside and out we can’t even go on our balconies plus the hallways always smell like piss  and weed it’s always dirty not to mention the laundry rooms are the dirtiest things ever laundry machines don’t work and you have to constantly fight with big roaches just to enter…….
