Management is dishonest and not very nice ppl….these people heartless I was out of a job and was unable to pay my rent so I paid the rent for the last month and break my lease thus them keeping my deposit which was fine…I got the apartment infested with roaches and it was poorly painted because the windows was painted shut when I left it no longer had roaches and I left it cleaner than how I got it these ppl had the audacity to charge me $1000 cleaning fees…..All I know the reason you haven’t level up higher than you are now because how evil and inhumane you are this is directed to everyone in the leasing office…. Would recommend you going to a homeless shelter before recommending this place…no star for me just had to give you one to post.

It is a very old complex, it has cockroaches and other pests, I would never rent there again, apart from that it is very expensive and they steal your deposit! 👎

The office has to do something about this, the correspondence never puts it where it has to be, there are envelopes  on the floor.

New maintenance staff does a really good job!

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! All they care about is money, there is mold and all they do is paint over it so the place has a moldy smell that you can't get rid of. They have a $254 late fee that they do their best to charge you even if the 1-3 of the month is on a weekend. They try to force you to pay online when their system never works. They charged my account 3 times and then charged me a non sufficient funds fee of $100, when they are the ones that pulled the rent 3 times and overdraft my account. For your own sanity don't move here. The staff is condescending and full of fake smiles. The worst place I ever lived. This is 2023 people should not pay this much for rent and live like this. Everyday I'm chasing lizards out of my apartment. I wish I could give it zero stars.

shame on you scumlord for treating your residents this way
