New maintenance staff does a really good job!

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! All they care about is money, there is mold and all they do is paint over it so the place has a moldy smell that you can't get rid of. They have a $254 late fee that they do their best to charge you even if the 1-3 of the month is on a weekend. They try to force you to pay online when their system never works. They charged my account 3 times and then charged me a non sufficient funds fee of $100, when they are the ones that pulled the rent 3 times and overdraft my account. For your own sanity don't move here. The staff is condescending and full of fake smiles. The worst place I ever lived. This is 2023 people should not pay this much for rent and live like this. Everyday I'm chasing lizards out of my apartment. I wish I could give it zero stars.

shame on you scumlord for treating your residents this way

It's been a month since I just moved in with my husband and my daughter, who is only one year old, our apartment is infected with rats. We have already made complaints and the problem has not yet been resolved. After three weeks, they came, they have set traps and the rats are still there. I fear for our health plus that of our baby. What bothers me most is that since they are going to rent the apartments without first ensuring that it is a safe place for people and that everything is in order, they do not prioritize the tenants, they gave us the entire attic Full of rat excrement, all dirty. I have left evidence there so that they do not get scammed, the air conditioners do not work well. We have had to buy kitchen fans and they don't work well.

I wish there was an options for 0 stars. This is the worst place in the world to live!!!!!!!!!! They are crooks and all they care about is the money! The appliances and constantly breaking and they give you another used broken down appliance with bugs in it. Yes I said bugs! When my fridge broke for the second time in a matter of 6 months, they replaced it with a fridge infested with bugs. I made a big complaint and all they did was send someone to “clean the fridge” and pest control. They don’t take care of the apartments and they don’t care about their tenants living conditions. Not to mention there is mold in the apartment units. Please keep your health and money in mind before moving to this place!
