Sad and depressing

Awful! Awful! Awful! They act nice but their system is broken. They do not care about you. Do not rent here if you know what’s good for you. They will not help you.

This apartment complex does not have enough parking spaces for their residents. Management's solution was to hire a towing company (make the residents pay for the service) to tow residents vehicles in the middle of the night from parking spots. Keep in mind these are vehicles that are registered with the apartment complex and we pay a fee every month for. Would be comical if it weren't such a financial burden. I've been towed five times. Edit: After a little research with the towing company I have come across some interesting facts; This apartment complex got in trouble with the county over people parking in restricted spots due to lack of space and threatened to fine the company, so the management here effectively made the issue the residents. Also I was informed that they have towed OVER ONE HUNDRED CARS THIS MONTH from our tiny apartment complex. DO NOT COME HERE IT IS NOT SAFE.

I typically refrain from writing reviews, but I feel compelled to acknowledge the remarkable improvements in our community under the guidance of the new manager. Prior to the manager's arrival, the grounds and pool suffered neglect, the parking lot was dilapidated with faded lines and potholes, and finding a parking space after 7:00 p.m. turned into a nightly ordeal with cars lining the streets. Since the new manager assumed control, the grounds and pool have been impeccably maintained, the parking lot is now paved, and parking is readily available.
The manager has effectively addressed the parking issues, transforming the chaotic situation into a well-organized system.
Notably, the previously persistent delays and incomplete work orders have become a thing of the past. Every concern within my apartment has been promptly and accurately addressed.
While there may be other factors at play, the only discernible change is the introduction of the new property manager. I commend her dedicated efforts and sincerely appreciate the positive transformation she has brought to our community, making it a much more desirable place to call home.

Please beware. First, there is no parking in front of your building where you pay rent.  You have to park in front or somewhere else. that is available 9 out of 10 there is no parking spots,  The amount of money I pay and other tenants pay, we should be able to park in front on your complex.  There is no security to watch your vehicle.  I shouldn't have to get up every hour on the hour to find a parking space nor held captive in my apartment not knowing if a parking space will be available. You pay a fee every month for services, that you do not receive.  I have to call every month for pest control, which is ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst place to live.  Maintenance never fixes anything.  Office staff is useless.  Management doesn't care.  GO ANYWHERE ELSE!  I have never lived in a worse development. Can't wait to move out.

Please apply elsewhere not at this location at least heck avoid Arium all together I am filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection along with the BBB, Help Me Howard amongst whomever else I need to assist me with the total disregard I have gotten since 03/08/2023 for the Refund process I do not give a flying F if it is $300 I have yet to get what's mine but get the run around and that is a problem!!! Please apply elsewhere not at this location at least maybe avoid Arium all together!!! Feedback from consumers is vital to BBB.
