Royal Point Condo

It was very horrible. Roaches were just going and coming. A roach flew inside my moms ear there were a lot of flying spiders .We had to clean the hole house as soon as we moved there. They will just tow your car when you back in . The kids are very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

Very dirty need repairs need paint the floor and the building patio want repairs and painting the floor too

I would recommend not moving here as a first choice. I wont go into detail. Just stay away if you can. Love.

If you want to move this is not the place for you. We moved in on September 2022 and so far it’s been the worst. The maintenance guy doesn’t do anything. At all. When we moved in one of the bathrooms wasn’t ready to be functioned, the AC has been leaking water for over a month and every-time we talk to maintenance he always say he’ll be here but doesn’t show up. The sink pipe randomly loosens up and when washing dishes the water randomly be everywhere in the kitchen. The oven turns on but not off and when you turn it on you have to use the breaker to turn off. The patio door DOES NOT lock. The living room, and both bedrooms doesn’t have light fixtures. The ac pipe sometimes randomly gets frozen and the house be hot for hours and if it happens in the night time you’ll definitely be sleeping uncomfortably. When we moved in this house was a mess we had to clean it out ourselves and you can’t forget the roaches. Save your money and go somewhere else cause this apartment complex makes me wanna scream EVERYDAY
