Easily flooding, elevators always broken or getting people stuck inside, stairs always smell like urine, roach breeding university seems like, thin walls you hear upstairs neighbors consistently, no support from association with complaints, fines for everything, towing company patrols 24/7 and will tow your car for any and every reason, code enforcement will tow your car as well, broken washers and dryers, water to building always gets shut off for repairs, limited parking and it’s a one way in, one way out street. If you’re desperate I still wouldn’t recommend moving here! Landlord was jade property management and they are horrible! Increased rent from 1200 up to $1850 without any renovation. Whoever moves into the unit will see they did not clean to renovate the place after  keeping our entire deposit of 3k plus!

It was very horrible. Roaches were just going and coming. A roach flew inside my moms ear there were a lot of flying spiders .We had to clean the hole house as soon as we moved there. They will just tow your car when you back in . The kids are very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND .
