Only slightly better than homelessness. If you have choices exercise them and don't move here. All the reviews you've read are true. Roaches, flooding, the pool never being open, property falling apart, your car getting towed - all of it true. Since Jose left it only got worse. When I first moved here I took a bath and it flooded the hallway. I don't even know how that happens. The plumbing was always backing up. Back in the day you could overlook the issues because the prices were cheap, but now they want prime prices. When they raised the price from 1100 to almost 1900 in the span of 3 years it was time to go. The worst part of my experience is they stole my deposit without justification. I fixed up the apartment and there were no issues beyond regular wearing. If you can afford $1800+ rent you can definitely find better. You've been warned. Stay away. Don't move here.
