ARIUM Lauderdale

Nice property but it's in a crime ridden neighborhood. Low income tenants, who live very close by, including their young and adult children and their visitors, very frequently steal from the other residents. Since it's not at all likely the management personnel or corporate are at fault here, I decided to give the location 5 stars, anyway. Especially since I do have a roof over my head that comes with full amenities for a little over $1700 a month locked in on a one year contract. And also, bc it's very close to everything I need to commute, i.e. , gas stations, shopping centers, and schools are all within walking distance. Great attitudes are projected  by the  residential staff team, in fact, Ximena and Roberto are very experienced and dedicated professionals. They're also reliable and willing to accommodate residents with any issues and concerns. Maintenance  upkeeps the complex well and there aren't any issues whatsoever with broken appliances or any other equipment in the building. The best thing I like are the amenities, the beautiful landscapes, and the ample parking. I just wish something could be done about all the lawlessness and petit theft that's goes on round the clock in this apartment rental community.

Ximena is very unprofessional

The Arium staff are some of the most accommodating, and kind people. Roberto has made the process of moving into my first apartment and transitioning into my second some time later such an easy and smooth process. ! Really appreciated.

Roberto Martinez and Ashley Lee were both extremely helpful in the overall process of helping get me get into a unit with great square footage that exceeded expectations.  Roberto also worked closely with upper management in making a smooth transition for tenant occupancy needed to move in quickly to accommodate my relocation needs to start a new job.  Ashley assured me that Arium Management had partnering assistance available in case I didn’t qualify due to the start of a new job.  I discovered there were programs she put me in touch with but fortunately I didn’t need to go that route as originally thought & was able to get approval working closely with Roberto.  He is a great man of his word, even when the office was busy, he still made time to return calls &/or respond to emails.  I hope all his hard work as Leasing Manager doesn’t go unnoticed but rewarded as a valued asset to Management. Whenever work orders were entered, they were taken care of in a timely manner.  During confirmation or follow up of calling the office, I was never made to feel I was a bother.  The staff was always professional, caring & personable.

Last year I was struggling to find a home for me and my two dogs, Mega and Jetta and I stumbled across Arium, and I decided to take a tour and that’s when I came across and met Roberto. Roberto was definitely kind and kept me up-to-date with my application. If you’re looking to move somewhere, definitely apply here ! Also so far the neighborhood is pretty quiet and clean I love it.

The Price you pay for living in the area is a disadvantage. I have family that live in the area,  that got their car broke into multiple times. This place is know for a spot for Robby because the security and safety is at an all time low.

Ximena Garces in the front office is superb. Kind, diligent and respectful. I've had very few requests to have things resolved and they were handled promptly. I've been here going on 2 full years and if prices do not escalate much more, I will gladly extend, should I not have bought a house by then.
There is a great pool with a grill (who you can obtain the propane from the front office), a small by efficient gym and park directly across the street.
It has been a pleasure to live amongst these kind and distinguished individuals.

Eddie is an amazing worker. Very professional and polite and he gets the job done. He carries the staff well and will ensure that the requests are handled in a timely manner.

I personally have had a good experience here. When it comes to the maintenance Supervisor Eddie he is friendly and respectful and gets the job done.
