Nice green area to walk and watch sunsets!! The apartments is spacious and well maintain. Clean hallways. People working here are friendly and available to assist.

I had a wonderful experience, Rick Drew was outstanding, went above and beyond his scope of duties to assist my family and I. I am very grateful and thankful. I am very pleased.

From the very first interaction, he was prompt, efficient, and incredibly kind. His patience and understanding of specific needs made this process not just seamless, but genuinely enjoyable and less stressful. The community itself is absolutely stunning—every corner feels like a vacation—-the views and amenities are breathtaking. Some of my personal favorites are the serene walking paths by the lake, the inviting clubhouse, and the vibrant social spaces that make connecting with others so easy and joyful. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the property shows how much thought has gone into creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
It’s a blessing to call this place home, and it’s all thanks to Mr. Drew, who goes above and beyond to make sure every question answered and every concern addressed. If you’ve celebrated your 55th birthday already and looking for a space that combines beauty, peace, and community with exceptional service, this is it. Highly recommend! It’s where home is like a vacation.

My mom lived here for a couple months but did not like it. I paid all fees in person for her to be able to move out. They refused to do a walkthrough & said they will do it by themselves once she is gone (very odd) she moved out end of August & the balance never changed when they sure enough cashed the checks they were given. They’ve ignored all emails & calls from me. Today one of leasing agents sent me an email to leave a 5 star review. I replied to the email letting him know once again what’s going wrong & he replied saying he meant to send the email to current residents only & offered no type of help. They will try to scam you out your money & then don’t answer be careful.

March 2024 I spoke with Rick Drew by phone and he encouraged me to take a look at his Independent Living units. I had been looking for a couple of months with dismal results. I also had special needs as I am disabled and stairs are out. For once I was pleasantly surprised. My one bedroom unit I ultimately moved into was spacious, lovely screened in balcony, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and large bedroom with walk in closet. And it was affordable. When I moved in it was spotless, elevator always working, clean hallways, quiet and plenty of amenities. Pet friendly and secure! Highly recommend! Update : Jan 7, 2025
This summer was spent renewing outside paint and inside flooring, painting, and lighting updates. Holiday decorations made the atmosphere fun! Quiet, lots of trees, lake and nature. I love my screened in balcony.  Very happy with my move here.

I am very pleased with park towers luxury apartments . Rick Drew leasing agent and the staff is very nice.

I brought my parents to this community for a tour last year because they wanted to downsize. We met with Rick who provided the tour and sold us on these apartments. My parents ended up moving into Park Tower last May. Rick has been so kind from the beginning and is always available to help when they need anything! Move here, you won’t regret it, the property is beautiful with the new renovations.

Park Tower is a beautiful and well maintained community both indoors and outdoors. The staff are warm and friendly and they made  me feel at home, especially Rick Drew leasing office manager, after he gave me a tour of the property, then once I moved in he assisted me through the process of the community to make me feel welcome. The maintenance team are also helpful in assisting with repair needs.
