ARIUM Lincoln Pointe

My apartment has flooded over 3 times in 2 months , the ceiling still leaks - getting a hold of someone in the office is impossible and they probably won’t be able to help anyway. Don’t reccomend , already counting down the days to leave.
Update ** since my time at Lincoln pointe is coming to end (thank god)
I want to highlight how bad this place is and the parking situation along with everything else. This picture was taken a week ago. If your car isn’t parked within the white lines you get a 90$ ticket. LOL place is a joke.
If anyone can answer how logically anyone can park comfortably at this place please let me know.
And of course they had nothing to say when presented this photo

I am happy here but I have 2 complaints They don't clean the hallways, they don't sweep them. A month ago I saw someone's Christmas tree being dirty and they even dried their eyes and they haven't swept it 😏
And you don't know if the stairs are gray or black.
It's the only thing I always complain about.

But without a doubt favorite place for me, here no one bothers anyone, everything is quiet.

I don't like them, they never clean the hallways, they are always dirty with dog pee, the stairs are not known if they are black or gray.

Great place, we are appreciate for Property management, they always friendly and helpful.

Family atmosphere

We have been living in this community for the past three years, a lot has changed within this time, Changing of management personnel to the maintenance/care of the buildings/units/grounds, and even some of the residents that live here or have lived here recently is concerning, from an incident involving domestic violence to gatherings in the pool exceeding the closing time of 8pm, The rules seem to only apply to some and not everyone who live in this community. Their has been an uptick of Aventura police presence in most recents months, Just today on a Sunday afternoon two guests of a resident who is having a gathering at the community clubhouse started revving his engine while the second guest is recording and encouraging the man to speed off in front of the  parking area of the building were I reside doing so that he lost control of the vehicle and by the grace of god did not hit my vehicle and the vehicle parked to the right side of mine. I have the video of the incident since my vehicle is equipped with video cameras, police were called and only gave them a verbal warning, And this is just one of the many examples/incidents that have occurred in this community which is a shame because this community/complex sits in a very well liked area of Aventura and has the potential of growth like the rest of city has been doing.
