Tower 300 is beautiful place to live. I am planning to buy a condo and call it home. Excellent service at the front desk and the valet service is excellent. Nice people at the office as well. The location is superb as everything is close by and you are between two major airports (MIA & FLL)

Buildings need paint job doesn't look like they maintain property very well,speed bumps are high only thing i like is the security guys they are very polite and strict.
